Amendments to the Residential Tenancies Act has recently been proposed and passed by the State Government, which affects the control of property owners when it comes to temporary and permanent changes to their asset and how their asset is treated by tenants.
PICA thinks this reform will have a significant change to investors with properties in Victoria so we are organising an information night to discuss what impact this will have. We have invited Yvonne Martin from Barry Plant joining us this evening to discuss how these changes affect property owners and what can be done to protect your asset.
