PICA is on the march to be the voice for the 2 million plus property investors across Australia and we need your help to recruit new members.
Last month the Property Investors Council of Australia (PICA) achieved our first milestone - 1,000 members!
We are now aiming for 10,000 members over the next six months and that’s why, we’ve just launch our Membership Drive program – ‘Plus 1’.
We need greater numbers now more than ever to give us a strong voice in advocating for our property investments. As property investors, we are:
- paying higher premiums on our mortgages compared to owner occupiers
- witnessing State governments making changes to tenancy laws and
- seeing APRA and other regulatory agencies impacting our investments.
