The Property Investors Council of Australia (PICA) invites you to attend our first New South Wales event.
PICA is a newly formed association set up to provide a single voice for the two million plus property investors in Australia. It is a pure not-for-profit association, run by property investors, for the interests of property investors. PICA aims to advocate on behalf of property investors to government, industry, and consumers.
Our guest presenters for the night include Ben Kingsley, Chair of PICA, and Board Members Bradley Beer and Grant Foley.
Come along to hear from our PICA Chair Ben Kingsley who will be presenting PICA’s vision, purpose and the importance of the association.
Ben Kingsley will then join a panel with Bradley Beer and Grant Foley where you will have an exclusive opportunity to ask questions about anything property in our Property Investing Q&A session. Learn from Ben and Brad the property experts and Grant an experienced investor who have all built a solid property portfolio to create their own future financial security.

About the presenters…
Ben Kingsley
Ben lives with his wife Jane and two boys Jack and Harry in Melbourne. He started his property journey at the age of 23, and with his wife they are building a wealth base and passive income to see them through and enjoyable retirement filled with travel and new experiences.
Bradley Beer
Bradley lives with his wife and their young children in Sydney. In addition to running a fast-growing business, Brad has managed to build a solid property portfolio to secure his family's financial future and his retirement.
Grant Foley
A Sydneysider, Grant chose to invest in Australian residential real estate as a vehicle to provide future prosperity and financial freedom to his young family. Investing since 2001, Grant has built a significant property portfolio spanning the Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane markets.
Grant has spent over 20 years working in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, in leadership roles for top-tier ASX listed companies.
