In order to bring this association forward, we need passionate people like yourself who wants to make a difference.

Like it or not, property investors are being singled out and targeted by the government and regulators. It’s time to unite and make our voices heard. It’s time we take action to ensure our property investments are protected now and into the future.

And there are many ways where you can help.

 

1. Become a member

PICA has set a long term goal to build a large and strong membership base of over 1 million members.  With this size and scale, property investors will have an important voice and seat at the negotiating table, to ensure we deliver on our 5 point charter for our members and all property investors.

So if you're not yet a member, this is the best way to start helping PICA!

2. State Council

We plan to have a State Council in each of the state.

3. Volunteers

PICA will be an active not-for-profit association. To provide a single voice for the 2 million plus property investors in Australia, we will be organising meetings and be attending events/expos on behalf of the association. This means we will need a lot of support. If you're not ready to commit to a fixed engagement, why not become a volunteer?
