Subscription terms and conditions
Subscription to the Property Investors Council of Australia Limited (PICA) is a yearly or a 5-yearly recurring subscription for individual and associate users, for which billing occurs every year until cancelled by the user. The user is granted access to all the contents shared by PICA and the members only portal which also include voting rights. Refunds are not issued for any part of the subscription that has been paid. No further subscription payments will be deducted after 48 hours of the user requesting cancellation.
