Ben Kingsley
Ben lives with his wife Jane and two boys Jack and Harry in Melbourne. He started his property journey at the age of 23, and with his wife they are building a wealth base and passive income to see them through and enjoyable retirement filled with travel and new experiences.
He holds an associate diploma of business, diploma in finance broking, licensed real estate agent in VIC, NSW, QLD and SA. Ben’s also a Qualified Property Investment Advisor (QPIA).
Bradley Beer
Bradley bought his first property in 2002, straight into renovations to manufacture equity and grow a solid property portfolio. He completed a Construction Management Degree while working at and then running a fast-growing business. With 4 young children, investing in property gives him the opportunity to secure his families future.
Kieran Clair
Kieran Clair is a specialist property commentator who has been an active property investor since 1995. Kieran has been helping build community, share and educate investors via work in print and broadcast media. Kieran is a registered property valuer and holds a business degree as well as qualifications in journalism and project management. Kieran and his wife are looking forward to drawing on the success of their investments in retirement.
Mary Zlomislic
Mary is a wife of one and mum of two living in NSW. An experienced commercial executive whose entrepreneurial thinking has driven growth in both large FMCG companies and small business. From many years as a corporate girl to now running a small business, Mary has parallel pathed her business career & property investing for over two decades building a solid and diverse portfolio. Mary lives by the mantra ‘It’s all about Growth’ in all aspects of her life.
Peter Barkham
Peter lives in Brisbane where he is a Human Resources Professional. Peter purchased his first investment property at age 26 and immediately started on renovations. Like others, Peter discovered his passion for property investing from family and friends who have leveraged property to build wealth.

Tim's property investment journey began in his hometown in country Victoria at age 23. Now based in Melbourne with his wife Emily and two daughters, he holds finance and real estate licenses in Victoria and Queensland. With extensive global experience in investment and proptech, Tim brings expertise to his work with the Property Investors Council of Australia. As a passionate property investor himself, Tim is committed to advocating for the needs of other investors and ensuring policymakers hear their voices.
